Following the decision by Phil and Amanda Hardman to step down, son Dan Hardman has acquired the company through a management buyout, backed by a loan from the Development Bank of Wales.Daniel, who started at the company as a television technician in 2006 and joined the management team in 2018, will now lead as Managing Director.
